Common Questions
What does climate controlled mean?
The unit is inside a building where the temperature is kept steady year round, instead of following the weather outside. That protects wood furniture, electronics, photographs, paperwork, instruments and anything else that freezing, heat or humidity would damage.
How much is a climate-controlled unit in Clare?
A 7 x 10 is $80 a month and a 9 x 10 is $100 a month. Rentals are month to month.
How do I get into the building?
We use a keybox entry system. Once your rental is confirmed you receive a personal access code that lets you enter the facility at any time.
Do you have drive-up units?
Not at this location; everything here is indoor and climate controlled. My Storage has five other locations in Clare with drive-up units, containers and parking. See our areas served page for the list.
